This Minneapolis-based social services agency, which works with teenagers, underwent a branding and marketing makeover at the beginning of 2010. Nexus sought a video production company to create four marketing videos for their revamped website (www.nexustreatment.org), and two welcoming videos for new employees. After an extensive search, Nexus hired Miller & Associates to produce these six videos. Interviews were conducted and b-roll was shot at five Nexus locations in Minnesota and Illinois over the course of two months.
"We had a big project – produce six high-quality recruitment and promotional videos in two states; complete the project within a tight ten-week timeframe; and stick to a firm budget. Glenn’s expertise enabled us to define our project goals and tell our story. He coordinated, directed, and produced excellent videos that were delivered on time and under budget! An added bonus – Glenn is a pleasure to work with and his approach to the project was professional on all levels. We’ll use him again."

3-week period, each reflecting different aspects of their unique culture and personality. These videos would be used within new team member training sessions. A challenging time frame, but lots of good, highly-caffeinated coffee and weekend edit sessions got the Miller team through. The videos focus upon Caribou's commitment to team members, commitment to community, commitment to guests, etc. Videotaping sessions took place over the course of two days within two separate Caribou stores, and included original graphic animation, high-energy music, and well-composed video shots.

“I have had the pleasure to work with Glenn since 1994 in various capacities at 3M, Imation, Kodak and GMAC. He has a unique talent to quickly "mesh" vision with a viable and effective end user message. I've enlisted him in the production of videos, and to produce our national sales meeting award dinners. He's an expert interviewer always putting his interviewee at ease. Through my work with him he was able to put radiologists, mortgage brokers, CEOs, and executive management, in a position which makes them feel comfortable and credible in conveying a strong message to a variety of audiences. Glenn is enjoyable to work with because he is a good listener. He makes it a point to know the audience and know the customer, and makes suggestions which are easy to incorporate in products which have a major impact on our company image.”

"I’ve worked with many producers over the years and Glenn was one of the best. He was fun to work with, creative and masterful at handling every detail of some very complicated productions. His crew loved working with him as did our famous (big-ego) subject matter experts. In addition, I marveled at the way Glenn was able to synthesize a great deal of information into understandable nugget. He made me look good and for that, I will always be grateful!"
